The concept of Gurutoy emerged in December 2005. We wanted to construct a more organized way of searching that was fresh and new. The idea was to create a virtual art gallery of website links that would be searchable thru keywords and phrases. All content will be uploaded by users. You tell us what you like out there on the internet. Another intention was to promote creativity, uploaded pictures can be anything deemed meaningful for attracting someone to click on to the site link.
